1974
This car was born in 1974 and in
1982 bought it for me, and then the car rolled approximately 3300 Swedish miles.
The car was only driven summer and wintered in a barn over the winter.
2009-07-10
The car has been the summer of 2009 received little service in
the form of new wheel bearings all around, new disc clutch, new rubber seals at the
manifold, new running boards, replacement of fenders, blasting of ditto, even
around the screw mounts, primer coating and undersealing.
Summer 2010
Have plans in the summer of 2010 paint on roof and hood up,
because the paint has begun to drop in some places.

VW 1303 S 1974 Big
Owner: Dan woxberg Alfta, Sweden
This car has been rolled on the roads around Alfta,
Bollnäs, and Edsbyn from 1982 until 1989, After that I put it on a barn.
I picked up the car in 2004 because I thought my kid a ride in it when he
graduated from high school, so I fixed a bit with the brakes, and a few gasoline
lines dried down, then I went in and inspected (the Swedish Motor-Vehicle
Inspection Company) the car with clean paper. I have
had the car registered since then, it does not cost much to have it because it
is exempt from tax.
As the car looks like today so I made for the 1983-84
with a new paint. As
you can see, all chrome parts sandblasted and painted in body color that was
popular at the time.
We'll see if I restore it to its original condition
to come.
The car is also an anniversary model. |
